Joseph R. Doucas Recognized for Excellence in Finance
Joseph R. Doucas is pursuing an MBA at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business
CHICAGO, IL, June 23, 2010 /Financial PR News/ -- Joseph R. Doucas, Vice President of Structured Finance within the Institutional Clients Group at Citigroup Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in finance.
With more than eight years of industry experience, Mr. Doucas' core competencies reside in the pricing, trading, sales, and analysis of Mortgage Backed and Asset Backed securities. He recently started a new position at Citigroup, and in his new structured product sales role, caters to institutional clients, including banks, hedge funds, money managers, and insurance companies. Prior to his current position, Mr. Doucas worked in the Financial Markets department for the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago, and prior to that spent two years at the Chicago Board of Trade. He attributes his success to the support he received from his family, colleagues, and mentor.
Mr. Doucas is pursuing an MBA at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and recently acquired his series 7 and 63 licenses. He also aspires to receive a CFA charter in the future and is looking forward to parenthood, as his wife is pregnant with their first child. The president of his local condo association board, he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Marketing from Loyola University Chicago in 2002. Mr. Doucas is a supporter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and hopes to gain further recognition in the future.
