Fourteen years ago, Ms. Burch began her banking career as a teller. For the last two years, she has been employed by the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce as an Associate Vice President. In her position, she manages a team of branch managers and general managers, consisting of 7 branches and 2 teams of Financial Advisors. Ms. Burch also supervises 163 employees and oversees assets worth $3.1 billion. She attributes her success to her perseverance and passion for her profession.
In 1994, Ms. Burch received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Alberta. A member of the Financial Planning Standards Council, she supports the Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Society of Canada and National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Additionally, Ms. Burch serves as an account executive for United Way of Canada, and an active volunteer with the Calgary Chamber of Commerce. In the future, she hopes to draw on her strengths and expand her horizons in the next exciting step in her career.
